Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Traxiq, Inc. ("Traxiq," "we," "us") handles personal information when you visit https://traxiq.com, use the Traxiq application, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services").

Last updated: April 18, 2026

Summary

We collect account and usage data needed to run the product, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. Depending on your plan, code analysis may occur in our cloud or in your environment—see your agreement and in-product notices for details.

Information we collect

Account and contact data

When you register or communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, company name, billing details, and authentication identifiers from your identity provider (for example, when you sign in with GitHub or another SSO provider).

Service and technical data

We collect logs and diagnostics such as IP address, device and browser type, timestamps, API requests, error reports, and performance metrics. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

Repository and product content

To provide features such as test generation and traceability, the Services may process repository metadata, configuration, and—depending on your plan and settings—source-derived representations (for example, abstract syntax trees or symbol graphs) as described in your order, documentation, and in-product disclosures.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse;
  • Communicate about the Services, security, and policy updates;
  • Comply with law and enforce our terms; and
  • Analyze usage in aggregated or de-identified form.

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on contract (to deliver the Services), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, and internal analytics), consent where required, and legal obligation where applicable.

How we share information

We share information with subprocessors that help us host infrastructure, process payments, send email, and provide support. We require appropriate contractual protections. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and security requirements. Retention periods vary by data category and may be configured for certain enterprise deployments.

Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; see our Security page for more detail.

International transfers

If we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at privacy@traxiq.com. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and adjust the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice as appropriate.
